Biography
Ammar Almulla is the Managing Partner of AMCO Law Firm. Admitted to the UAE Bar in 2015, he brings over a decade of legal practice in the United Arab Emirates and is licensed to appear before the Court of Cassation, the highest court in the emirate.
Ammar leads AMCO’s disputes practice alongside George SK, Abdelrahman Elhadi and Tanzeela Rauf, a team that has resolved more than 800 litigation matters. He also heads the firm’s corporate practice with Neïl Drahmoune, covering over 300 corporate matters, and leads the debt recovery and bankruptcy teams together with George SK and Fatima Alshami. His practice spans commercial and civil litigation, corporate and capital markets work, insolvency and restructuring, real estate disputes, and criminal defence.
He completed his Lawyer License Training Course with the Judicial Institute of Sharjah and his International Commercial Arbitration Course with the University of Sharjah, and holds a certification in Digital Innovation from New York University. Ammar is a member of the International Bar Association and the Inter-Pacific Bar Association.
